Creator Terms

The short version: post your own good stuff, keep it grown, and we'll handle the payments.

1. 1

   Fee

   Tom Swoope Events keeps 20% of each subscription payment. Inner Circle Creators pay 15%. Stripe's processing fee also comes out of each payment.

2. 2

   Getting paid

   Payouts go through Stripe straight to your bank account. Stripe verifies who you are before your first payout, and sends money on its regular schedule. You can see your payouts any time from your Creator Dashboard.

3. 3

   No adult content

   No nudity, sexual content or anything you wouldn't show at a family cookout. Our house rules apply to subscriber posts just like everything else.

4. 4

   Only your own work

   Post only content you made or have the rights to. No reselling other people's music, videos, photos or courses.

5. 5

   Refunds

   Subscribers can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the month they paid for. We don't give partial refunds. If something went wrong, like a double charge, text I'M READY and we'll make it right.

6. 6

   Taxes

   You're responsible for reporting your earnings. Stripe may send you a tax form.

7. 7

   Reports and review

   Subscriber posts can be reported like any other post. Our team can view them to review a report.

8. 8

   Pausing or ending

   We can pause or close a creator page that breaks these terms or the house rules. Paused pages hide subscriber posts and stop new subscriptions. You can stop being a creator anytime by texting us.
