Privacy Policy

The Aunties & Unc's Social Network ("we", "us") is run by Tom Swoope Events. This policy explains what we collect when you use the network and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: email, password (stored securely, never readable by us), and optional phone number.
• Profile details you choose to share: name, photo, birth year, home city, gender, interests, availability, bio, favorites and business details.
• What you post: posts, photos, comments, reactions, messages, RSVPs and groups you join.
• Referral activity: which invite link or code brought you in, and how many times your links are opened.
• Payment status: your plan and billing status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

How we use it

• To run the community: show your profile, your city feed, events and messages.
• To suggest events and people. We send your interests, city and availability to an AI service to make these picks. It's never used to train outside models.
• To credit the member who invited you, and to send notifications you'd expect.
• To keep the space safe: review reports, and remove members who break the rules.
• To tell members about official events in their city. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who can see what

Only signed-in members can see profiles and posts. Private albums and private posts are visible only to you. Proof you upload for business verification is seen only by our team. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. From your profile's Account section you can pause your account (hidden from everyone, reactivate instantly) or delete it. Deletion hides your profile right away and permanently removes your profile, photos, videos, files, posts, comments, reactions, friends, messages and game progress 30 days later; you can cancel any time before then by signing in. Payment, Chip and safety records and finished games other members played in are kept for legal and integrity reasons, anonymised as "Deleted member". Spendable Chips and Block Party Coins are forfeited. For a copy of your data, text 216-284-3444.

Age

This community is for adults 35 and up. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
