Terms of Service

By joining The Aunties & Unc's Social Network, run by Tom Swoope Events, you agree to these terms.

Who can join

Membership is invite-only and for adults 35 and up. You need a valid Invite code, and you must give true information about yourself.

House rules

• Treat people like family. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
• No spam, scams, or selling without a Verified Business plan.
• Only post photos and content you have the right to share.
• Meet up safely. Community meetups are not run by Tom Swoope Events unless marked as an Official event.

We can hide content, suspend or remove members who break these rules.

Paid plans

• Inner Circle: $9.99 per month or $79 per year. Verified Business: $4.99 per month.
• Each plan starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is needed to start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically at the listed price until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from the Inner Circle page under "Manage billing or cancel". You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
• Business verification is reviewed by our team and can be declined or removed if details are false.

Invites

Invite links track who brought new members in. Invite counts are for community recognition and don't create any payment obligation unless we announce a program in writing.

Your content

You own what you post. You let us show it to members inside the network so the community works.

Liability

The network is provided as is. Tom Swoope Events isn't responsible for what members do at meetups or for third-party ticket sellers.
